🧭 What is enjin.world?

Enjin Inc. was a Tokyo-based recruitment start-up that connects bilingual talent with international companies in Japan. When I joined, the platform lacked clear user flow, visual consistency, and mobile optimization.

🎯 Goal

Redesign the platform from the ground up to create a structured, intuitive, and scalable product for both job seekers and recruiters.

👤 Role

UI/UX Design, Branding, Graphic Design.

🎨 Branding & Website Design

After thorough research, testing, and ideation, I developed the branding and created three distinct logos representing each of Enjin.world's core services. I then designed the website across both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring a fully responsive and cohesive user experience.

Design iterations are shown below.
For a detailed breakdown of the process, please see the "Case Study" tab.

📣 Marketing Materials

After completing the product design, I worked on a range of marketing collateral to support Enjin Inc. at various start-up events and promotional opportunities. This included posters, brochures, and tabletop standees.

While designing, I carefully considered the needs of our international audience, while also tailoring the visual tone and messaging to resonate with the local Japanese market. The materials maintained brand consistency across all touchpoints, aiming to be approachable, informative, and visually cohesive.

The examples below showcase the deliverables I created, including a multi-panel brochure and event-ready standees for the Career, Forum, and Community services within enjin.world.
